Dear Members,

I was happy to let each of you know that our annual meeting will be Wednesday, 22 July 1998 at the JetCorp terminal building conference room at 8:00. Unfortunately there is a good chance that I will be out of town, in San Antonio, that day. Instead of rescheduling the meeting I decided that it would be better to press on and have it without me. Mike Russell, Vice-President, will run the meeting in my absence.

I don't know of any old business to discuss. The only new business I know of for the meeting is the election of officers and the potential need to discuss making the scheduling officer position a non-member (Barb Skyles).

I would like to nominate the following members for officer positions:

President: Marlin Sipe
Vice-President: Mike Russell
Treasurer: Marlin Sipe
Secretary: Todd Michal
Maintenance Officer: Randy Skyles
Scheduling Officer: Barb Skyles (non-member)

I would like someone else to accept the responsibilities of the President. If no one else will, then I will continue in that role. I will not accept the Treasurer position. If needed, I will serve as the Vice-President or Secretary.

Treasurer's Report - by Marlin Sipe

The treasury took a good jump this month.

We received the tax assessment for this year. I scaled up the estimated tax for this year based on the new valuation. It should make about a $43 increase in the personal property tax.
