From The President - By Todd Michal

Dear Members,

It is time for the annual inspection this weekend. John plans to start on Friday morning as the weather forecast looks good and he is anxious to get started. Stop by on Saturday or Sunday if you get a chance to help out.

Happy Takeoffs!

Todd

Treasurer's Report - by Mike McBride

Fuel prices continue to hover around the $4.50 per gallon mark, settling in this month at $4.68; our resulting flight rate is $58 per hour. Flight hours for the month were at 9.2, giving us a cumulative total of 31.2 flight hours this calendar year, and 129.8 hours in the past 12 months.

I moved the balance of the improvement fund into the treasury (thanks to a keen eye on John's part), which has the treasury balance in positive ground; the adjusted treasury is slightly negative at this point. We are below where we would hope to be going into annual, so we'll see how the expenses associated with that go before any decisions on adjustments or assessments.

Fly safely!

Mike

   Maintenance - by John

Annual Inspection - The annual inspection will start this Friday morning with the compression test and oil change. During the annual, we will also install the ATD-300 and work to get the EDM-700 connected to the GNS-430 for fuel required to destination and other fuel/destination information.
