Dear Members,

The insurance went up by $84 a year to $1,840.

As you can see from the monthly statement, we continue to go more in debt and have only slightly more than $100 in the checking account. The fixed costs that need to be covered each month are the escrows for insurance, annual, and personal property ($1840+$400+$721= $2961/1 2 = $247) plus the tiedown ($110) which equals $357 or $51 per member per month. As I don't see that increased usage is going to happen, I suggest we increase the monthly dues to $55 (to cover the fixed expenses plus leave some cushion for inevitable increases in the future).

Please let me know if you agree when you make your next paxment. If you do not agree, please provide me your alternative. It takes 4/5 of the members (6) to agree in order to change the dues.
