Dear Members,

It finally looks like the lawsuit against the county is going to be tried. Charlie has been tenacious in jumping thru the legal hoops and it appears that the last hurdle will be on September 1, 1992 (see the attached letter). If all goes well, for our side, the case will actually be tried in November, 3 and 1/2 years after the accident and 2 years after the first trial.

I have only received feedback from C.J., so far, as to whether we should take on an eighth member and/or move the C-172 to a shade hanger at Spirit and raise the dues accordingly. Please supply a note with your payment or give me a call so I can get a concensus of our opinions.
