From The President - By Mike Piccirilli

Dear Members,

Happy Holidays! The annual has been completed by Bill Richards and the plane came through without a hitch. The total cost was $247.50. Quite a bit lower than the $400 we annually set aside. Bill remarked to Chuck that we got a good paint job. Normally, the first annual after a new paint job wlnds up getting all sorts of paint chips from inspection plates and such being palnted shut. He didn't have any problems that way.

I also paid the personal property tax this month, $663.24. Goes up every year!

A reminder that when snow arrives, our hangar entrance doesn't clear up very well because it faces to the northeast. Take a shovel and/or ice pick when you go flying so you can get the plane in and out.

Happy Landings,

Mike Piccirilli
