Dear Members,

Spirit Airport raised the monthly rental rate by $10 to $110/month. The increase ls effective in February. When I went in to sign the modified lease, I asked again about the posibility of having a storage locker next to the plane. The new assistant, John Bales, said he would let me know.

The left fuel tank qulck-draln seems to have a very slow leak, just enough to stain the bottom of the wing and left landing gear strut. My gut feeling is to wait until it is warmer to tackle replacing lt.

A remlnder that when snow arrlves, our hangar entrance doesn't clear up very well because it faces to the northeast. Take a shovel and/or ice pick when you go flying so you can get the plane in and out.
