Dear Members,

Unfortunately between the weather and the lack of finding an available hangar, the ability to have the annual done by Randy has disappeared. Instead of waiting for spring, Randy and I have decided to have the annual done commercially. Randy has a conflict of lnterest, when working with commercial operations, because of his affiliation with the FAA.

Mike Russell has gratiously agreed to take charge of getting the 172 annualed. He called me tonight to report that Bill Rlchards has agreed to do the annual, that way we won't need a ferry permit. Bill thinks he might get lt done this week, but he will definitely get it done this month.

Randy was able to get the starter working consistently by shooting some WD-40 at it. Seems it was just gunked up.

Note my new work phone number on the enclosed roster.
