Dear Members,

I have learned that one of our members, Leonard Newmark, has been hospitalized with stomach problems. Leonard, I hope by the time this letter reaches you that you are feeling better. As spokesman for the club, we wish for you a quick recovery and hope you can be flying soon!

I returned the gate cards and convinced them to give us a new one for each we turned ln. Everyone who sent one to me should find a new one taped to their letter. Leonard, I will send you one after I get your old one (no rush!).

I haven't had any volunteers to make a set of chocks for the plane to restrict movement under the hanger. Any one had second thoughts?

I sent Charlie my thoughts on strategy for the appeal after examining the transcript of the trial, Charlie thinks we have a good chance for winning the appeal. Charlie also let me know that he is actively trying to sell his share in the club. He has put ads in the Post and the St. Louis AirMall. Charlie has certainly put alot of time into this lawsuit for the club and is our longest active member. We'll be sorry to see him leave.

Spring is here! I certainly hope the weather is better than last month!!
