Dear Members,

I sent the letter to Ken Nebrig requesting a settlement out of court for $5,605. I asked for a reply by June 1 and have yet to here from him. I'm not holdlug my breath!

On the lawsuit side, Charlie McMullin has informed me that St. Louis County is attempting to have the trial overturning appealed. Apparently this appeal process has 30 days to be heard. If it is not heard during this period, it won't be heard. Since this appeal process was going on the past month, our court date in May was passed over and will be rescheduled. I'm sure Charlie will let me know by next month's statement what the story is.

I have put the insurance identification card in the clear plastic certificate holder in the right-hand sidewall pocket.

Summer is once again here with the calm evening fIylog weather. Let's make the most of it! 'm sure you could use the practice and the treasury can use the money!
