Dear Members,

As I am writing this, the flood waters are reported to be receding. Hopefully they will continue and we won't have to concern ourselves on where to move our 172 (there aren't that many dry airports remaining)!

I received the new personal property assessment and the county raised our assessment by 9.8%. That would equal approximately a $70 increase to about $700. I will call inqulrlng about it but I don't have alot of hope ln reducing it.

Thanks to Chuck for removing the wlnter oil cooler plate. Just a reminder to call up Emerson to schedule your time in advance. Chuck plans on making more weekend trips in the 172 his summer.
