From The Vice President - By Todd Michal

Dear Members,

November as been a busy month. Pic's departure from the club has prompted several changes to the club's official documents.

Our corporation filing, aircraft registration and personal property tax were all registered under Pic's address. With his departure from the club, Marlin, Randy and I have been investigating the impact of changing the club address on these items. We have changed the FAA registration address to my home address. We are checking into the other two items and will change them over in December. The club insurance has traditionally been registered under the vice presidents name, so we may need to change this as well. I will work with Mike Russell to determine what to do here.

Travel by several club members has made it difficult to find a time to hold our club meeting. The upcoming holidays will probably will make this even more of a challenge, but we still hope to hold a meeting in the next couple of weeks.

I wish you and your families a Happy Holiday!

Happy Landings!

Todd

Treasurer's Report - by Marlin Sipe

Some good news this month. The fuel price has come back down from $4.47 to $4.17, so the hourly rate will come back down to $57 next month.

The Adjusted Treasury had another nice increase from $1258 to $1500, but I'm guessing it will hold or maybe drop back a little next month since there was very little flying this past month. Even so, it's a good balance for this time of year.

Maintenance - by John Heilmann & Randy Skyles

Marlin reported that the landing light was inoperative. Marlin could not see any break in the filament so it may be the wire connector came apart. I will try to fix it on Wednesday or Thursday.
