Dear Members,

Spirit should be opening for business Monday, October 18th. I'm still tied up at work, so I'm looking for a volunteer to ferry the plane back over to Spirit. Emerson has offered to drive you back to your car at Weiss. Remember to take the tiedown augers and ropes back to Spirit (use the wooden handle to loosen the tiedowns, I'm sure they are pretty tight)!

The ailerons still seem to be a bit out of rig. I'll bug the shop when the plane is back at Spirit. Chuck Zimmerman changed the oil, oil filter and alr filter. Thanks alot Chuck. The oil hadn't been changed since last October! We only put 50 hours on the plane the last year!

C. J. is off this week and will fly the plane to Spirit. Thanks C.J.!
