From The President - By Mike Piccirilli

Dear Members,

I have had one additional person show a real interest in the plane but no signed application yet.

The overvoltage light is consistently coming on when RPM exceeds 2000. Chuck Zimmerman called to say he had ordered a part to correct it. Hopefully, that will settle the problem.

Mlke Russell hosed down the plane and got alot of the dust off it. Thanks, Mike. Last weekend, while I was waiting to show the plane to someone, I cleaned the windows (outside and inside) and scrubbed the bugs off the cowling and left wing. The plane is looking real good!

I renewed the radio station license, $75 for 5 years. (What a waste!) They are talking about doing away with this fee altogether. Maybe by the next renewal. I haven't received the new license yet but there is a form ln the documents folder that authorizes us to operate until the form arrlves.

Happy Landings,

Mike Piccirilli
