Dear Members,

Some of the members have had trouble with the owner of the Cesona 172 that parks behind us. He parks under our wing when he files his plane. He apparently is an immigrant from Eastern Europe, or Russla, and doesn't understand this ettiquete. Both Randy and I have talked to him about this problem. I have also talked to the asst. manager of the airport. If you see him parked ln our spot ln the future contact the airport authority to have his vehicle towed.

A copy of the oil analysis ls enclosed. No apparent surprise. The #194 comment definition is "Wear metals improved for oil time".
